Valentines Day 2005 was made extra special for some 40 local lovebirds by quartets of the Singing Men of Note Barbershop Chorus. We caught up with the recepiants at work (schools, banks, offices, etc.), at homes, and at restaurants. The quartet "Yours Truly" even caught up with some ladies, not on their schedule, at a restaurant in Midlothian called The Diner. After singing a few songs to the girls and having lunch the bill arrived marked by the owner "Paid in Full". Our chapter would like to thank the Chicaog #1 Chapter and the Choral-Aires (Sweet Adelines) for recommending our chapter to deliver valentines in the Southern Chicagoland area. |
